My wife had always wanted to learn piano. For years I had told her to go take lessons but there was always something that was more important that needed tending to so it never got done.
Now that we’re older and don’t have to always be on the go she has time to learn. I decided I’d give her a little help by purchasing some piano lessons on dvd for her. I knew she would probably never do it for herself so a little nudge in the right direction wouldn’t hurt.
She’s been using those DVDs now for about 3 months and she’s absolutely loving it. She’s learning at her own pace and when she feels like it. So it’s fun not a chore as it might feel if she was taking private lessons.
