My husband had made thousands of custom guitar necks in his years of employment with his current employer. He had been made supervisor just about a year ago. He loved his job but really did not like the management aspect of it. When the parts had been ruined earlier this week he just knew that someone was going to be fired by the end of the week. His investigation had not gotten him anywhere. He really thought that the machine had malfunctioned and that there had not been any one person that was responsible for this. I hope that he is right.
