I have always worked in the restaurant business, but it was only last year that I decided to actually go ahead and start my own restaurant, as I really didn’t want to do something special. However one thing I needed was to learn all about how to do the accounts and how this could integrate with the stock taking out one of the best things I did was take advice from a retail consultant and install a really expensive Restaurant POS Software System, because it really did save me a lot of time and made sure that the accounting and the stock taking were always done on time and to a high degree of accuracy.
