When my daughter’s class went on a field trip the last thing I expected was to get a call saying that I needed to get to the hospital because there was a bus accident. I immediate became frightened wonder if my child was hurt and how bad. When I got the hospital it was chaotic because so many parents were there trying to find out what happened and where their children were. The emergency room doctor told me my daughter had a soft tissue injury. He prescribed a pain medication and said that i needed to monitor the pain because sometimes the effect don’t show up to days later.
