I was browsing the Internet looking for a good body fat burning exercise that would target the body fat around my mid-section. I knew that I would need to continue a complete cardio and strength training routine to continue to lose weight, but I have a stubborn belly that refuses to go away. I thought that I could add a few new exercises each day just to see if targeting that area would help reduce it. I found a few websites that gave good directions and pictures of the belly toning exercises. I will try out a few when I work out tomorrow morning.
