The spotlight is on the abs here and now.  The abdominals are center stage for all your plays.  Good overall ab exercises are very important to a healthy mind and body.  When I was doing pilates I really and truly felt way better and I looked a whole lot better too.  I stopped going to classes for some stupid reason.  I think that after I have this baby I am going to go back to doing pilates, especially at home because it is pretty easy to motivate oneself for this type of exercise.  The hardest one that I remember doing was called the 100′s.
