I know that some of the different roofs require you to have extra supports built into your home in order to install them. However, I really can’t remember which ones are the heaviest. I was thinking of looking into residential metal roofs to replace the old roof that I have now that is leaking like crazy. I have been told it would be better to replace it than to fix it, so I want to get the best possible roof so I don’t have to do this again any time soon. I am hoping a metal roof will really last as long as they say.
