Lately I’ve been looking to purchase a new home. When I looked at all the fees starting to add up, I began to wonder why they were all required. I know that I have to take out a loan, which will collect interest. I will also have to purchase mortgage insurance, but I think this is a good investment. Lending companies typically require this insurance to ensure that the mortgage gets paid. I completely understand this and I think that it’s just a small price to pay to purchase my dream home. Once I move in and get settled, the small percentage of money will all be worth it.
