I believe I am being discriminated against by my employer. I have been passed up for two promotions in the past six months alone. I have been with the company longer that the two who are now my superiors, I have more education than either of them and my employee evaluations have been better. I got the opportunity to see theirs one day without anyone knowing so I looked. I believe the reason I am being passed up is because I am pregnant. Now I want to know what I can do about this. I’ve contacted law-cmcom and have a free consultation scheduled for tomorrow. I hope they can help as I just do not think this is fair.
