My name is Ignacio Olvera. I recently immigrated from San Luis Potosi, Mexico to help my family in their time of need. We have a shark-sighting business off the coast of Texas. It used to be a lucrative business, but the sharks have moved to other waters. As a result of this, business is down and my twelve children might have to go on public assistance. This is the last thing I want since my wife Kristi Olvera is pregnant with twins. My only hope lies with the Gulf Coast Claims Facility. They have been very kind and helpful to me. I was taken through the steps necessary to apply and I hope to hear the results soon. Without them, I know I would have to go on welfare in order to support my family. They even provided an interpreter as I speak little English.
