It’s supposed to be a normal delivery, but my daughter is really worried about how she will survive a long labor. I have told her that I will be with her the entire time, but that doesn’t seem to totally be the answer. She has asked me to bring along an IPod with all the best music downloads recorded for her to listen to. I hope that works for her. She will miss not having her husband present. He just couldn’t get home from Iraq for this big event, so Mom will have to take up the slack. If music works, my job will be that much easier.
