The term baby shower alludes to the function for a soon to be mother who is presented with gifts for her baby. These showers can also be held after the birth of the baby, where celebrations follow. The trend of organizing the babyshower celebrations for all babies of a couple have now become commonplace. Baby shower is meant to welcome the unborn baby into the world with pleasure, and so the whole day is spent in joy with games and fun.
It is sometimes desirable that the couple awaiting the baby give the baby shower party together, and so both parents participate.
