We booked a holiday at the Aquis Agios Gordios for an early break with some friends. It was good value and all inclusive, and I was wary that it would only be of a reasonable standard. How wrong I was, I was totally stunned by the staff and the effort made by the management. The food was the best part, the chefs had the skills to astound you at every meal with the fresh, local produce available. Although buffet style, it matched the standard of some of the top hotels I have stayed in around the world. The food is so good you won’t want to leave the hotel but do try as the local people are so friendly and deserve the custom.
