My friends and I went on this really cool kayaking fishing tour with Coromandel Kayak Adventures in central park. We didn’t even know that you could fish in a kayak before we came across this tour; but it turns out that it’s one of the most successful ways to catch a fish. Kayaks are obviously much quieter than a boat, so they don’t scare the fish off. Also, you can go into shallower parts of the water, where a lot of fish are usually swimming around. We were really excited when our tour guide told us all the different types of fish that we might be able to catch. He said there was snapper, kahawai, john dory, blue cod, trevally, kingfish and gurnard in the water. It was so much fun and pretty much every single one of us caught a fish of some sort. We are already planning to go another tour with the same company next year.
