We were really impressed with our auckland car rental company. Initially when we had made our booking, we had put a lot of thought into the timing of our trip, and we were very confident that we had everything down pact. At the last minute, my husband was called away on business and we had to move around the dates of our trip a bit. I contacted the car rental company, and they said not to worry about it, and that I could go online with my login and password and change the dates from there. They also told me to put any additional remarks in the comments area of the page, so that everything would be very clear for the staff. They were really helpful, and our rental ended up working out great.
