As a lifelong Seattle resident I probably don’t have to say that I am a coffee addict — it just goes with the territory. I am also a huge traveler and have been to some of the greatest cities in the world. Last month I went to Australia and I have to admit that my favorite city was Melbourne. Before I got there I wanted to be sure that the hotels in Melbourne were both economical and that I chose one that would be close to all the fun districts. I was especially happy to discover that I got some of the best coffee in my life while I was there. The coffee shops were so cozy and intimate; it was like home away from home.
